Wednesday Wayfarers

3-5 mile walks at moderate speed but in all weathers. Usually followed by lunch. Members must provide their own equipment i.e. stout walking shoes/boots and wet weather clothing. There is a one-off initial charge of £2 for medical equipment and stationery. All members are required to plan at least one walk per year including arranging a hot lunch venue and car parking facilities/approvals. Bus routes and timetable information should be ascertained wherever possible. The group has a few vacancies and we have a short waiting list.
