Breathing, stretching, exercise and relaxation to strengthen the body and increase self-awareness using principally , but not exclusively, Iyengar postures. Loose, comfortable sportswear such as : T-shirt, footless tights/joggers and a non-slip mat are required. Current Group Organiser is Lesley Basu
Non-essential : a strap and yoga block are occasionally helpful, and non-slip socks. Please bring them along if you have them to hand. A light breakfast is preferable before the session.
