Enjoy yourself by keeping alive the rich tradition of English social folk dancing whilst having fun, and gentle exercise, in an informal atmosphere. Some of the dances are newly composed: some have been enjoyed from as far back as the 16th century. There's no need to come with a partner and all dances are guided by an experienced caller.
