Description: Please contact GO by email prior to attending. Learn basic flamenco steps and dances and the beautiful Sevillanas, (a Spanish folk dance). Good for posture, flexibility and co-ordination. No partner needed in this mixed ability and friendly group. Men and women will need to wear sturdy shoes, preferably with a low thick heel. Adaptions are offered so that you can choose the moves that feels right for you. Sometimes we dance with accessories and on the last day of term we dress up (optional).

Description: Enjoy yourself by keeping alive the rich tradition of English social folk dancing whilst having fun, and gentle exercise, in an informal atmosphere. Some of the dances are newly composed: some have been enjoyed from as far back as the 16th century. There's no need to come with a partner and all dances are guided by an experienced caller.

Description: This group has become an improver/intermediate class and the dances reflect the experience of the members who attend/ However, if members want to try line dancing and cannot attend the Friday beginner group, I will try to include starter dances alongside the more challenging ones. A great way to exercise mind, body, and memory, meet really nice people and hear great music. It is not as easy as people may think, but well worth persevering with. £2 for the summer weeks.
